Job Description:

Select Offshore is seeking experienced HSE Coordinators to support the installation phase of a major offshore wind project. Working offshore on a rotational basis, this role is key to maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with both client and legislative safety standards throughout the installation campaign. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a proactive role in monitoring daily operations, supporting safe work practices, and helping drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance across the offshore site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and enforce Vestas’ safety procedures and protocols
  • Promote and maintain a collaborative, safety-first environment
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits offshore
  • Support toolbox talks, incident investigations, and reporting activities
  • Ensure full compliance with local HSE legislation and offshore standards
  • Provide HSE guidance and support to all personnel on site
  • Communicate and escalate any safety issues or concerns to site leadership
  • Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Experience in HSE roles on offshore wind, marine, or energy projects
  • Relevant HSE certifications and offshore survival training
  • In-depth knowledge of safety legislation and offshore operational requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Must be certified and trained in compliance with Vestas requirements (or willing to obtain)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Prior experience on installation vessels or turbine campaigns preferred
