Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified HSE Coach/Advisor with valid Radiation Protection Supervisor certification to join their offshore team in the UK North Sea. The asset is currently undergoing decommissioning and this role will be the main signatory for NORM management of waste from the asset.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Environmental Awareness Training Program: Develop and implement training for staff on environmental practices
  • Ensure Environmental Conformance & Compliance
  • NORM Management: Act as the main signatory for the NORM management of waste
  • Collaborate with Offshore Teams
  • Conduct Risk Assessments

Requirements

  • Essential - current RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) Certification
  • Current valid Offshore certification: BOSIET, MIST, Medical
  • Environmental Awareness Training expertise
  • Regulatory Knowledge
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in HSE roles, preferably in offshore environments in the UKCS
