Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the operation of occupational health & safety and fire protection systems
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements across the organization
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation actions
  • Deliver occupational health & safety and fire protection trainings for employees and subcontractors
  • Maintain and update emergency response, fire evacuation, disaster prevention and control plans, as well as HSE-related procedures
  • Coordinate occupational health and chemical safety related activities
  • Organize and coordinate HSE inspections and emergency response drills
  • Monitor compliance of work permit issuance and execution processes
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits as well as authority inspections
  • Participate in the investigation and follow-up of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Perform Security Manager responsibilities in line with corporate policies and group guidelines

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering combined with Occupational Health & Safety qualification
  • Higher education degree in Fire Protection or Disaster Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE and fire protection experience gained in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Active intermediate or higher level English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Active intermediate or higher level Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience in operating ISO 45001 management systems
