Job Responsibility
Coordinate the operation of occupational health & safety and fire protection systems
Monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements across the organization
Conduct risk assessments and follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation actions
Deliver occupational health & safety and fire protection trainings for employees and subcontractors
Maintain and update emergency response, fire evacuation, disaster prevention and control plans, as well as HSE-related procedures
Coordinate occupational health and chemical safety related activities
Organize and coordinate HSE inspections and emergency response drills
Monitor compliance of work permit issuance and execution processes
Actively participate in internal and external audits as well as authority inspections
Participate in the investigation and follow-up of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Perform Security Manager responsibilities in line with corporate policies and group guidelines
Requirements
University degree in engineering combined with Occupational Health & Safety qualification
Higher education degree in Fire Protection or Disaster Management
Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE and fire protection experience gained in a chemical manufacturing environment
Active intermediate or higher level English language skills, both written and spoken
Active intermediate or higher level Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on experience in operating ISO 45001 management systems
