Job Description:

We’re working with a progressive new business who are seeking an experienced HSE advisor for a permanent site based role in the North. We’re looking for a self motivated HSE/ Safety Advisor who can work autonomously, build relationships and ensure site safety in this new front line role.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a mix of stakeholders and personnel
Ensure site safety
Undertake risk assessments
Ensure compliance across the site

Requirements:

5+ years experience in a similar role
Clear communication and presentation skills
Cert 4 or Diploma in Safety
HSE Systems experience is essential
Must be able to obtain a National Police Check

Nice to have:

Experience in Facilities Management, Government, Healthcare or similar institutional environment
Experience in construction or manufacturing environment overseeing safety for a large workforce

What we offer:

Salary package around $120K - $130K + Super
