Turner Lovell are currently recruiting for two experienced HSE Advisors to support major renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. These are separate opportunities with different clients, both operating on high-profile, fast-track construction programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to join leading delivery teams, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across complex civil and M&E works, including HV/MV installations. Across both projects, you will play a key role in driving HSE performance on-site, working closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Provide visible HSE leadership & provide advice and guidance on health and safety matters as required
Conduct regular audits and inspections, identifying risks and areas for improvement
Review RAMS where required
Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings
Lead the implementation of HSE initiatives and best practices
Monitor subcontractor and internal team compliance, managing and closing out non-conformances
Conduct incident investigations where required
Deliver site inductions and HSE training
Represent HSE at site, project, and safety meetings
Ensure all subcontractor HSE documentation is compliant, up to date, and aligned with current legislation
Support site management in preparing the project safety file for client handover
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor within construction environments
Experience on renewable energy, HV substation, or other safety-critical infrastructure projects (highly desirable)
