Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HRIT preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong experience in advanced configuration and project delivery
Experience with HR system integrations
Fluent in English

Job Responsibility

Act as the global technical lead for SuccessFactors and advanced configuration across modules
Drive platform optimization, strategic development, and process improvements
Lead technical implementations, complex customization, and advanced troubleshooting
Ensure global scalability, standardization, and alignment with business needs
Maintain and enhance system documentation per IT, HR, and validation standards
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other regulations
Provide advanced 3rd line support and serve as escalation point
Lead UAT, manage upgrades, and oversee optimization initiatives
Develop training, mentor regular/junior specialists, and enhance the global support model
Lead major HRIT projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
