Job Description:

As an HRIT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the global SuccessFactors platform in Employee Central and Qualtrics and/or Time. You will support implementation projects, ensure compliance, deliver expert support, and drive continuous improvements. This role significantly contributes to the efficiency and digital transformation of HR processes globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the global point of contact for technical aspects of SuccessFactors
  • Lead technical implementation including system configuration, customization, and training
  • Ensure global scalability and standardized usage across countries and business units
  • Translate HR and business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain system documentation in line with validation, IT, and HR requirements
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • collaborate with vendors for issue resolution
  • Support upgrades, optimization projects, and testing activities
  • Manage access controls and ensure secure system operations
  • Develop and deliver training for HR superusers and end-users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HRIT experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, configuration, and operational support
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and validation requirements
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical, structured, result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong mentoring and leadership mindset
