Join our team as an HRIS Technical Consultant and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing integration solutions for our partners. You will contribute to seamless system connectivity, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that support business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and development of integrations, ensuring efficient data flow and system compatibility
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
  • Provide support and guidance to partners, ensuring effective use and performance of integration solutions
  • Stay updated on system enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements
  • Manage integration deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of coding and ERP tools, or proven experience (3+ years) working as a Technical Integrations Consultant or in a similar role
  • Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and web services
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a dynamic personality
  • Proactive and responsive in communication with partners and team members
  • Fluent in English
