Job Description:

This role assists with system implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, and training to optimise HR solutions and improve user experience across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Advise and maintain HRIS systems by identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and providing solutions to problems escalated by users
develop and maintain HR system user guides, SOPs, training materials and conducting HR systems related trainings
design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics
participate in assigned HR projects effectively & efficiently and support the implementation, enhancement of HRIS modules, platforms, and configurations
support the updating and maintenance of the Ikano Retail organisation chart to accurately reflect structural changes
assist in keeping HR content on Ikano One’s Co-worker Hub accurate and accessible

Requirements:

3 - 4 years’ experience with HRIS systems preferably in SAP SuccessFactors
proficient in HR relates processes, practices, reporting and dashboard analytics
strong desire for continuous improvement
excellent communication and interpersonal skill
innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking
