Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of the PhenomPeople platform (ATS, Talent Relationship Management, Career Site, Employee Experience)
  • Ensure the platform is configured and maintained according to business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and automation features
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption to ensure optimal usage of the application
  • Document application configurations, processes, and best practices for internal teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align PhenomPeople functionalities with organizational objectives
  • Support project initiatives involving PhenomPeople, such as launching new modules, improving candidate experience, or optimizing internal mobility features

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PhenomPeople or other Talent Experience platforms, with expertise in application configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • Understanding of HR processes is a plus, but the focus is on application ownership and optimization
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and align multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners)
  • Analytical, organized, and capable of driving improvements in application usage
  • Fluent in English
