Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of the PhenomPeople platform (ATS, Talent Relationship Management, Career Site, Employee Experience)
Ensure the platform is configured and maintained according to business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and automation features
Partner with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption to ensure optimal usage of the application
Document application configurations, processes, and best practices for internal teams
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align PhenomPeople functionalities with organizational objectives
Support project initiatives involving PhenomPeople, such as launching new modules, improving candidate experience, or optimizing internal mobility features
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of PhenomPeople or other Talent Experience platforms, with expertise in application configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Understanding of HR processes is a plus, but the focus is on application ownership and optimization
Proven ability to coordinate projects and align multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners)
Analytical, organized, and capable of driving improvements in application usage
Fluent in English

The position is open for candidates across Europe, ideally the candidate will be open to relocation in Geneva
