Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HRIS Project Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems such as ADP. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead comprehensive HRIS implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution
  • Conduct system performance audits and address post-implementation issues
  • Develop detailed documentation, such as system workflows, configuration guides, and user training materials
  • Train HR and Payroll teams on system functionalities and provide ongoing support
  • Ensure system configurations align with regulatory compliance and organizational policies
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to facilitate seamless integration with other HR-related systems
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or challenges
  • Establish best practices for system use and recommend improvements to optimize processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, specifically within HRIS implementations
  • Strong knowledge of ADP or similar HRIS platforms
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end system deployment projects
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
