Job Responsibility:

Manage HR technology projects from inception through to successful completion
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
Act as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, ensuring all project milestones are met
Lead risk management activities, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders about project status and future steps
Drive process improvements and system efficiencies within the HR technology framework
Oversee the successful integration and deployment of new HR systems and upgrades

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on HRIS or enterprise systems
Experience with HR technology platform UKG Pro is mandatory
desirable to also have experience with iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
Strong project management skills, with certifications like PMP, CAPM, or CSM highly regarded
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams

Nice to have:
