As part of the of the Global HRIS Team and within the HR Competencies People & Culture Culture Direction, you will support the optimization and evolution of the Global Human Resources Information System Processes.
Job Responsibility:
Analyse existing HRIS processes
Map and document HRIS processes
Contribute to the optimization and standardization of HRIS processes
Support the implementation or enhancement of HRIS new features and processes
Collect and analyse user requirements
Participate in testing phases, functional acceptance testing and go-live activities
