Job Description:

As part of the of the Global HRIS Team and within the HR Competencies People & Culture Culture Direction, you will support the optimization and evolution of the Global Human Resources Information System Processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse existing HRIS processes
  • Map and document HRIS processes
  • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of HRIS processes
  • Support the implementation or enhancement of HRIS new features and processes
  • Collect and analyse user requirements
  • Participate in testing phases, functional acceptance testing and go-live activities
  • Prepare functional documentation (user guides, procedures, manuals)
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions
  • Support user adoption

Requirements:

  • Final year student or recent graduate of a relevant program (e.g., Human Resources)
  • Strong interest in HRIS and digital transformation
  • Comfortable with IT tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent French & English
  • Analytical mindset
  • Team spirit
