Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract HRIS Manager to support our client based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our client is only considering candidates who have extensive experience utilizing Ellucian Banner HRIS modules. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to oversee and enhance human resource information systems, ensuring efficient processes and data integrity. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in system implementation, analysis, and management while driving process improvements and supporting HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee the administration of Banner HR programs, ensuring smooth processing from onboarding to termination
Analyze HR processes and data, identifying issues and proposing solutions to maintain accuracy and integrity
Lead initiatives to optimize Banner HR technology, including Self-Service Banner and Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs)
Develop and maintain system documentation, online references, and training materials for HR systems
Coordinate updates and modifications to the Banner HR module, collaborating with IT for upgrades, testing, and implementation
Manage user permissions, system personalization, and access settings for HR personnel
Provide daily support to users while serving as a resource for Banner HR module knowledge and participating in committees to maintain data standards
Develop and maintain the Banner Document Management System for HR operations
Assist with implementing and managing an online employee applicant system for HR
Recommend innovative solutions and process improvements, coordinating with leadership for approval and implementation
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS management or related roles
Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Banner
Strong expertise in HRIS implementation, analysis, and system optimization
Knowledge of Ellucian Banner HR module and related functionalities
Proven ability to create and maintain system documentation and training resources
Experience collaborating with IT teams for system updates and enhancements
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee HR initiatives and improvements
Familiarity with data security protocols and legal compliance requirements for HR systems
