We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our human resources technology systems and ensure seamless HR operations in our non-profit organization. Based in East County, California, this role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing HR systems, and aligning policies with organizational values. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and technical expertise to manage HR systems, improve workflows, and enhance employee experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain HR standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent operations across departments
Streamline the employee lifecycle by designing efficient processes for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR systems to meet organizational needs
Establish and manage compensation frameworks, benefits strategies, and total rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness
Evaluate and implement automated solutions to improve HR workflows and reduce administrative burdens
Lead HR system implementations and rollouts, ensuring seamless integration and high adoption rates
Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to ensure HR data flows efficiently
Manage compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations and leave administration
Oversee payroll processing, benefits negotiations, and open enrollment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Create and maintain employee handbooks and codes of conduct that reflect organizational values and legal requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations
Proven expertise in HR system implementation, optimization, and analysis
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, such as UltiPro and Paycom
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards
Ability to design and execute HR workflows and processes that enhance operational efficiency
Skilled in managing payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in developing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures
