Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to support and optimize human resources systems for a fully remote consulting engagement. This Long-term Contract position focuses on improving HR technology performance, guiding system-related initiatives, and delivering reliable reporting and analysis for HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in HRIS administration, implementation planning, and process improvement within complex business environments. Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now including implementation experience is required.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HR information systems to support daily HR operations and business needs
  • Manage HRIS-related projects, including implementation activities, testing coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Analyze system performance, workflows, and data quality to identify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy, and improved user experience
  • Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and other business teams to translate operational needs into effective system solutions and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data outputs that support workforce planning, compliance, and decision-making
  • Oversee troubleshooting efforts for system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to HR processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, testing results, and system updates
  • Support upgrades, integrations, and process changes related to HRIS platforms, including work involving UltiPro HRIS when applicable

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing HR information systems in a dedicated HRIS leadership or administration role
  • Hands-on background with HRIS implementation, enhancement planning, and post-launch support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess system functionality, data integrity, and process effectiveness
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro HRIS or similar enterprise systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR operations, system configuration practices, and reporting methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a Long-term Contract environment
  • Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now including implementation experience
