Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced HRIS Integration Lead to support a large-scale HR technology transformation. The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and it's a 6-month contract role with extension possibilities. This is a senior, hands-on integration leadership role working closely with stakeholders and minimum 3 days onsite presence in required.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the HRIS integration strategy and architecture
  • Lead end-to-end integration design, build, testing, and governance
  • Design and implement integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL, batch jobs)
  • Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems
  • Act as the primary integration point of contact for HR, IT, and vendors
  • Coordinate initial data loads, synchronization, cutover, and hypercare
  • Ensure all integrations meet GDPR, security, and compliance standards
  • Define monitoring, error handling, and incident management processes
  • Maintain integration documentation and support knowledge transfer post go-live
  • Ability to work independently and drive delivery in a fast-paced program

Requirements
