We are currently looking for an experienced HRIS Integration Lead to support a large-scale HR technology transformation. The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and it's a 6-month contract role with extension possibilities. This is a senior, hands-on integration leadership role working closely with stakeholders and minimum 3 days onsite presence in required.
Job Responsibility:
Define and own the HRIS integration strategy and architecture
Lead end-to-end integration design, build, testing, and governance
Design and implement integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL, batch jobs)
Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems
Act as the primary integration point of contact for HR, IT, and vendors
Coordinate initial data loads, synchronization, cutover, and hypercare
Ensure all integrations meet GDPR, security, and compliance standards
Define monitoring, error handling, and incident management processes
Maintain integration documentation and support knowledge transfer post go-live
Ability to work independently and drive delivery in a fast-paced program
