We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Project Coordinator to support a company-wide HRIS implementation initiative. This individual will work closely with HR leadership, project stakeholders, and system partners to document processes, coordinate meetings, capture requirements, and assist with implementation activities.
Job Responsibility
Attend HRIS implementation meetings and document key decisions, action items, and project updates
Map and document current and future-state HR processes and workflows
Assist with gathering business requirements from HR, Payroll, and leadership teams
Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and track testing results
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities
Assist with change management and employee communication efforts
Maintain project documentation and ensure version control
