Job Description:

As an HRIS Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) projects for our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, configuring the HRIS, and ensuring a successful and seamless implementation process. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of HRIS projects for clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, process flows, and data needs for HRIS configuration
  • Configure and customize the HRIS to align with client-specific HR processes, policies, and requirements
  • Conduct data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints
  • Provide guidance and training to client teams on HRIS functionalities, best practices, and system usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful HRIS integration with other systems
  • Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy
  • Develop and deliver system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client teams in system adoption and usage
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support clients in change management activities, including user communication, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRIS implementations
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve system-related problems
  • Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and scoping sessions
  • Continuously contribute to process improvement initiatives and share knowledge and expertise within the implementation team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Implementation Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing HRIS projects
  • Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems and their implementation, configuration, and customization
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
  • Experience in data migration, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex implementation challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements into system configurations and functionalities
  • Proficient in conducting system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
  • Professional certifications in HRIS systems or project management are a plus
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed for implementation projects
