We’re working with a growing organization seeking an HRIS / HCM Implementation Specialist to support system implementations, optimizations, and ongoing HR technology operations. This role will play a critical part in configuring, deploying, and improving HR platforms — with a strong preference for candidates experienced in ADP environments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support HRIS/HCM system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Configure modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Reporting
Serve as the liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors
Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and manage data migrations
Develop system documentation, workflows, and user training materials
Support ongoing system administration and optimization
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (ADP highly preferred)
Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations
Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
Experience with configuration, integrations, and reporting
Ability to manage projects and stakeholder communication
Nice to have:
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar platforms
