Job Description

We’re working with a growing organization seeking an HRIS / HCM Implementation Specialist to support system implementations, optimizations, and ongoing HR technology operations. This role will play a critical part in configuring, deploying, and improving HR platforms — with a strong preference for candidates experienced in ADP environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support HRIS/HCM system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Configure modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Reporting
  • Serve as the liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and manage data migrations
  • Develop system documentation, workflows, and user training materials
  • Support ongoing system administration and optimization
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (ADP highly preferred)
  • Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
  • Experience with configuration, integrations, and reporting
  • Ability to manage projects and stakeholder communication

Nice to have

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar platforms
  • Payroll and benefits systems exposure
  • SQL or reporting tools experience

  • Manage and prioritize incoming system change requests, troubleshooting, and resolving Workday issues (Tier 2/3 support)
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within Workday
  • Lead the planning, testing, and deployment of Workday feature releases (e.g., bi-annual updates) and new functionality
  • Translate functional business needs into clear, technical system requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and run standard and custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools to support HR, Finance, and leadership teams
