HRIS Data Migration Specialist - 12-month contract - Brussels 📍 Brussels Area | Hybrid (3 days onsite) 🌍 Dutch, French & English Required One of our important clients is currently looking for a HRIS Data Migration Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable. We are looking for an experienced HRIS Data Migration Specialist to support an HR transformation programme involving migration from SAP R/3 HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA Time.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end HR data migration strategy and execution
  • Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading
  • Coordinate mock loads, testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities
  • Ensure GDPR compliance, data quality, and governance throughout the project

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in data migration, including 3+ years in HR data migration
  • Strong experience with SAP HCM data migration projects involving SAP SuccessFactors EC, S/4HANA, SAP ECC HCM (PA/OM/Time/Payroll)
  • Hands-on expertise with Spinifex / DCM / Infoporter, SAP BIB, CPI, IDoc & OData services
  • Experience in hybrid SAP HCM landscapes and phased rollouts
  • Strong knowledge of HR master data, payroll, data mapping & transformation logic
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC and/or SAP Integration Suite
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English (minimum B2)
  • Available onsite in Brussels at least 3 days/week
