We are looking for an experienced HRIS Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in the Stewartville, NJ area. In this role, you will oversee critical HR data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless functionality across various systems. Your expertise in HR operations and systems will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s onboarding, benefits, and payroll workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee records for new hires, terminations, and job changes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Facilitate workflows related to onboarding, benefits enrollment, and payroll processing
Generate both standard and customized HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics
Support audits and provide detailed data for leadership reporting needs
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational requirements
Monitor HRIS system data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and present HR data effectively
Assist in optimizing HRIS processes to improve overall efficiency and accuracy
Provide guidance on HR systems to ensure smooth implementation and usage
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and processes
Proficiency in HR systems and databases, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Basic understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and strong process orientation
Ability to translate HR needs into effective system functionality
Experience with HRIS platforms, including UltiPro
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for system-related issues
