We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support various HR processes, including employee onboarding, document management, and system updates. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring alignment across HR systems while providing exceptional administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee mail sorting and distribution processes
  • Manage occupational health tasks, including scheduling employee vaccinations and sending reminders
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding assistance to new hires
  • Verify and align data between different HR systems and spreadsheets
  • Offer basic support for leave management processes
  • Prepare and upload training materials and documents into the HR system
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth system operations and updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees regarding HR inquiries
