We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support various HR processes, including employee onboarding, document management, and system updates. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring alignment across HR systems while providing exceptional administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee mail sorting and distribution processes
Manage occupational health tasks, including scheduling employee vaccinations and sending reminders
Provide comprehensive onboarding assistance to new hires
Verify and align data between different HR systems and spreadsheets
Offer basic support for leave management processes
Prepare and upload training materials and documents into the HR system
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth system operations and updates
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees regarding HR inquiries
Ensure timely completion and review of employee timesheets
Requirements:
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, ADP, and UKG Pro
Strong analytical skills for HRIS data validation and alignment
Experience with payroll systems and timesheet management
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated customer service skills in an HR environment
Knowledge of creating and uploading training materials
Ability to manage basic leave and occupational health support
Familiarity with HR administrative processes
