Job Responsibility:
Administer and maintain HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred
Paylocity, UKG experience a plus)
Own the full cycle recruiting process, with heavy utilization of LinkedIn Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard top talent
Assist with the implementation and rollout of new HR and recruiting software systems
Create, update, and help enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices
Provide HR data analytics support and create routine and ad-hoc reports
Participate in revenue-producing HR activities that may include talent attraction strategies and supporting business growth initiatives
Requirements:
Experience with HRIS systems (such as HiBob, Paylocity, or UKG) preferred
Demonstrated background in recruiting, including sourcing and hiring through LinkedIn Recruiter
Comfort working with data and analytics
a background in finance or analytics is a plus, but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS coordination or related roles
Proven expertise in HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Paylocity
Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with HR policy development and implementation
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable solutions
Experience in system administration and HRIS software implementations
Knowledge of finance or analytics is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Nice to have:
Experience setting up or revising HR policies and procedures
Familiarity with HR process improvement and change management
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Software Experience: HiBob (strongly preferred)
