The HRIS Systems Analyst is an IT-focused role responsible for the configuration, support, and ongoing enhancement of global Human Capital Management (HCM)/HRIS platforms. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, ensure data integrity, and support continuous improvement across HR technology.
Job Responsibility:
Configure, support, and optimize global HRIS/HCM systems based on business and technical requirements
Translate HR and business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reporting solutions
Provide direct support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and feature releases, including testing and deployment
Maintain and configure security roles, permissions, and data access controls
Support integrations and data exchanges between HRIS and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, time & attendance, learning, benefits)
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making
Document system configurations, processes, integrations, and best practices in alignment with IT governance standards
Partner with HR, IT, and vendors on system implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution
Participate in global HR technology initiatives, including new module rollouts, acquisitions, or platform expansions
Stay current on emerging HR technology trends, including AI-enabled HR solutions, automation, and analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors as a primary HCM/HRIS platform
Hands-on experience across a minimum of three SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation
Proven experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, and system support
Experience supporting a global HRIS/HCM environment
Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements is a strong plus
Experience with multiple HR technology platforms is highly desirable
Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM data structures, business processes, and system configuration concepts
Experience configuring workflows, business rules, security roles, and permissions
Solid reporting and analytics experience within HR systems
Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, file transfers, or data interfaces
Experience working with vendors and managing third-party system dependencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to document processes and translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have:
Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements is a strong plus
Experience with multiple HR technology platforms is highly desirable
