Our Client is seeking a remote Business Analyst to serve as the functional lead for the talent lifecycle. This role is critical in driving the iCIMS Consolidation project and ensuring a seamless transition from the recruitment phase into the UKG Pro Talent ecosystem (Performance, Succession, and Learning). You will be the bridge between talent acquisition strategy and technical execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • iCIMS Consolidation: Lead the effort to audit, clean, and consolidate disparate recruitment instances into a single, optimized iCIMS environment
  • Talent Suite Management: Configure and support the UKG Pro Talent modules, including the launch of annual performance reviews, succession planning workflows, and the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Integration Oversight: Ensure data flows accurately from iCIMS (as the point of entry) into UKG Pro to maintain a 'single source of truth' for employee profiles
  • User Enablement: Create training materials and provide remote support for recruiters and hiring managers across the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing or consolidating iCIMS in a multi-entity environment
  • Hands-on configuration experience with UKG Pro Talent (Performance, Succession, and Learning)
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment-to-onboarding workflow
