Our Client is looking for a remote, data-driven Business Analyst to manage the backbone of their HRIS infrastructure. This role focuses on the UKG Core Consolidation and the implementation of HRSoft Merit. You will ensure that organizational structures are robust and that complex compensation cycles are executed with precision.
Job Responsibility:
UKG Core Consolidation: Lead the technical consolidation of employee records, org levels, and job architecture within the UKG Pro Core environment
HRSoft Merit Implementation: Act as the primary functional lead for the implementation and roll-out of the HRSoft Merit module, ensuring it aligns with annual compensation strategies
Data Integrity: Perform deep-dive audits of Core HR data to ensure readiness for merit cycles and payroll exports
Reporting & Analytics: Build complex BI reports within UKG to provide leadership with insights into headcount, turnover, and total rewards
Requirements:
Extensive experience with UKG Pro (Core), specifically in consolidation or large-scale migration projects
Prior experience implementing or managing HRSoft (specifically the Merit/Comp module) is highly preferred
Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
