Job Description

Appian is looking for a HRIS & ATS Specialist to support the systems that enable our global Talent Acquisition team. This role will sit within the CIO organization and work closely with Talent Acquisition Operations to manage all recruiting systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a key administrator and operational partner for Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Partner with the Workday configuration team to ensure any changes to Greenhouse or new releases from Workday flow all the way through the system
  • Support recruiting workflows, system configuration, and process improvements within Greenhouse
  • Support the intake of new Greenhouse releases including UAT and QA
  • Maintain data accuracy across recruiting systems
  • Support integration and data flow between Greenhouse and Workday
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support recruiters with operational requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes
  • Help document recruiting processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Systems, specifically TA systems
  • 1 + years of experience working with Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Experience supporting recruiting workflows, reporting, and operational processes
  • Experience working Workday or other enterprise scale Cloud based HCM
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiting and technology teams

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Greenhouse administration or system configuration
  • Experience in fast-paced technology or high-growth environments
