Job Description:

Our client in Lawrenceville, PA is hiring an HRIS Assistant for a contract opportunity starting now through June 2026. They are seeking an HR Assistant to provide HRIS and administrative support for the Human Resources team. This role involves managing and maintaining employee data within the UKG system, updating spreadsheets, and performing general administrative tasks. At least intermediate Excel skills are needed. It’s an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional interested in pursuing a career in HRIS or a working parent seeking a flexible, part-time schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enter and update employee data in the UKG HRIS system
  • Maintain and clean up databases and spreadsheets
  • Correct basic timesheet errors and assist with payroll-related updates
  • Handle administrative functions such as password resets and data verification
  • Generate and run preconfigured reports from the UKG system
  • Support HR staff with administrative and data-related projects

Requirements:

  • Entry-level database administration or data entry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook required)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential HR information professionally
  • Experience with UKG (Ultipro) is a plus, but training will be provided
