This role primarily focuses on the management and optimization of HR technology systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting HR processes, and driving process improvements through analytics and system enhancements. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and effective use of HRIS platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain HR technology systems
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams
Ensure smooth data flow across platforms
Lead system updates, integrations, enhancements, process optimization
Define, design, and document cross-functional business requirements
Test and verify system functions, interfaces, and workflows
Train internal stakeholders on HR systems
Support projects including new system implementations, upgrades, and open enrollment processes
Manage change control processes
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and talent-related data
Conduct data audits
Generate and analyze HR and talent data
Respond to external data requests
Design and deliver end-user talent reporting
Requirements:
Proficiency in HRIS Analysis
Experience in HRIS Implementation
Skilled in using Tableau for data visualization
Strong background in Data Analytics
