We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure functionality and efficiency
Lead the integration of HR systems with other organizational platforms
Develop and mentor a team responsible for HR technology operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and drive adoption
Evaluate the effectiveness of current HR systems and recommend improvements
Ensure data accuracy and security within HR systems
Provide technical support and training for Workday and other HR platforms
Analyze and report on HR system performance to inform decision-making
Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging HR technologies
Requirements:
Proven experience in HRIS system management and analysis
Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR platforms
Ability to lead and develop a team in a technology-driven environment
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Familiarity with HRIS implementation and integration processes
Understanding of HR database management and data security
