This is a hands-on technical role with ownership, not just ticket resolution. The role exists to simplify complex setups, build dashboards people actually use, and remove manual effort through smart automation.
Job Responsibility:
Own Workday Dashboards & Reporting
Build and own a central HRBP dashboard (Attrition, Headcount, FTE, Performance, Tenure)
Partner with People Analytics to validate data and ensure reporting integrity
Deliver reporting that business stakeholders actually trust and use
Own HCM Functional Setup
Improve Workday Security structure (less roles, more clarity)
