Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide HR and Business leaders with insightful data to make informed business decisions. The position will act as an advisor to our customers leveraging everything from metrics to complex analysis through a forward-thinking perspective that enables understanding of the workforce. The role will support the HR function by providing critical interpretation of data, innovative analytical solutions, and effective communication of insights. In addition the position will support and manage the analytical tool. The position will advance our HR analytics from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner across the HR function to research and analyze data, uncover opportunities, identify trends, and develop recommendations
  • Ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets and metrics
  • Connect with key stakeholders in HR and the business to analyze business needs, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
  • Create prescriptive data analysis to generate insight-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with HR to build in-depth analyses with clear and actionable findings
  • Employ various hypotheses and analytical approaches to see where hidden trends can be identified
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids used to educate, inform and influence decisions of HR clients and business leaders
  • Create and maintain Guidebooks of key data
  • Actively manage system upgrades, security and user training
  • Improve and update system capabilities by partnering with vendor to create custom metrics, attributes, and guidebooks, performing regular data validations, and consolidating and aligning data from various source for manual data loads
  • Provide support to multiple ad-hoc projects and ongoing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or Data Analytics
  • Minimum of five years experience in HR Reporting and Analytics required
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience required
  • Power BI experience is strongly desired
  • Visier experience is strongly desired
  • Workday experience is strongly desired
  • Python experience is desired
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Conversant in the end to end HR process
  • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple work streams, high-pressure situations, and new information
  • English required
  • at least one other language preferred
