Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administration of ADP Workforce Now and keep employee information current, complete, and accurate
  • Process routine workforce updates such as hires, exits, promotions, transfers, and pay-related changes with close attention to detail
  • Manage manual data updates and support frequent organizational changes in a dynamic business environment
  • Prepare recurring and custom reports for HR leaders, finance partners, and other internal stakeholders
  • Review workforce data to identify patterns related to headcount movement, turnover, and other people metrics
  • Conduct regular audits to validate data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business partners to resolve data issues and clarify requested changes
  • Assist with system setup adjustments, workflow improvements, and HRIS-related implementation efforts as needed

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR systems support role
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now
  • Proven ability to manage employee data changes and maintain high levels of accuracy in a manual processing environment
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience organizing, validating, and reporting on large data sets
  • Experience creating standard and ad hoc reports for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze HR data and communicate findings clearly to business partners
  • Familiarity with HRIS implementations, system updates, and process improvement activities
