A leading SaaS company is looking for a highly data-driven HR Analyst to join the HR team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a technical eye, and a passion for improving HR reporting and systems. Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of people data and reporting, including annual headcount reports, with the aim to move towards more frequent and accurate reporting
Build, analyse and present HR dashboards and insights to support HR leadership
Consolidate and analyse pay and compensation data, supporting pay transparency initiatives and benchmarking work
Maintain and improve HR system processes, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
Support ad hoc analysis and occasionally meet with directors to present insights for their teams
Identify process improvements and help implement best practices across HR reporting and systems
Requirements:
Experience in an HR Analyst, People Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar data-focused HR role
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
Experience with HR system BambooHR – Be a Super User
Exposure to pay analytics or pay transparency work
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Strong analytical thinker, comfortable working with large and complex datasets
Highly data-driven, with a technical eye and interest in systems
Able to take initiative, work independently and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
