The HRIS Analyst supports Workday Learning, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance through configuration, reporting, and system support. This role enables high-volume retail hiring and enterprise talent processes, directly impacting speed to hire, learning adoption, and performance outcomes. Partners with HR Technology, Talent, HR Operations, and vendors to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Job Responsibility
Configure and maintain Workday (Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
Manage business processes, notifications, and system enhancements
Provide Tier 2 support
assist with limited Tier 1 intake and triage
Troubleshoot end-to-end process issues and drive root-cause fixes
Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
Lead/support small projects: requirements, delivery, stakeholder coordination
Execute testing (regression and user acceptance) and validate changes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Workday experience (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent/Performance)
Hands-on configuration and reporting experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Nice to have
Workday Security (domains, roles, business process security)
Experience with integrations or third-party tools
