We’re looking for an early-career HRIS Analyst with hands-on Workday experience (or similar HRIS) to support configuration, testing, reporting, and day-to-day operations. You’ll partner with People/HR, Talent, Payroll, and IT to improve processes, deliver accurate data, and ship enhancements on a regular cadence.
Job Responsibility:
Configuration: Build and update Workday business processes, condition rules, security groups, domains, and notifications
support tenant configuration across Core HCM and one or more modules (e.g., Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or Compensation)
Testing: Own test planning and execution (unit, regression, UAT)
write test cases, log/track defects, and coordinate sign-off for biannual releases and enhancements
Integrations & Data Loads: Run EIB templates, support file-based interfaces, troubleshoot errors, and partner with integration engineers for fixes and improvements
Support & Enablement: Triage tickets, resolve break/fix issues, document SOPs/job aids, and train HR users on new features and best practices
Compliance & Governance: Maintain data accuracy, security, and controls (SOX-aligned where applicable)
contribute to audit responses and access reviews
Roadmap Execution: Translate business requirements into configured solutions
manage small projects end-to-end with clear timelines, risks, and communications
Requirements:
2–4 years in a Workday functional role or comparable experience in HRIS such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, or BambooHR
Practical skill with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields
comfort with EIBs and business process configuration
