Job Description

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Human Resources systems. This role focuses on system administration, business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management across core HR platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide functional and technical support for HR systems (i.e., UKG, Workday, iCIMS, ADP)
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and IT teams to align systems, implement standard processes, and maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms
  • Support the development and documentation of short- and long-term HR technology strategies, including system enhancements, content management, and data retention practices
  • Evaluate HR technologies and recommend system improvements in collaboration with HR and technology leadership
  • Work with IT teams to monitor, update, and maintain integrations and data feeds between HR systems, operational platforms, and third-party vendors
  • Update, audit, and maintain employee and operational data within HR systems
  • Document system processes and create reference guides and training materials to minimize end-user errors
  • Analyze system usage and capabilities
  • recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and usability
  • Prepare reports and provide system data to HR leadership and other internal stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • or 2+ years of experience working with information systems and technology
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hands-on administration experience with iCIMS, UKG, Workday, or ADP required
  • Strong technical aptitude with advanced computer, software, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into practical system solutions
  • Solid understanding of database management and system administration best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft O365
