Job Description:

We are JATAPP, an IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ diverse products exclusively in white-label niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come! We're looking for an HRD who thinks strategically and isn't afraid of real challenges. In this role, you'll build an HR strategy for a real business: scaling a product portfolio, integrating new C-level executives, automating HR through AI, developing management culture and employer brand — with direct influence on company-level decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building an HR strategy aligned with the business roadmap: where we grow, optimize, and wind down
  • Supporting the integration of new C-level executives (CPO, COO, CFO): 30/60/90 plans, managing team resistance, and regular CEO feedback
  • Transforming the HR function into an AI-first model: HRIS, onboarding automation, AI in recruiting, people analytics in self-service for C-level
  • Developing management culture: management development program, career talks, standardized 1:1, feedback, and goal-setting practices
  • Collaborate on Employer Brand with an agency: content plan, KPIs, recognition program
  • Build a goal-setting process: unified approach to goal-setting, cascade from C-level OKRs to individual goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and executing HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Deep understanding of core HR domains: Talent Management, Performance Management, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employer Brand, Recruitment
  • Experience in building or transforming HR processes in a scaling company
  • Change management experience: integrating new roles, supporting organizational change
  • Experience working with C-level as a strategic HR partner
  • People analytics: ability to work with HR metrics, draw data-driven conclusions, build dashboards, and provide people insights
  • Experience managing an HR team: goal-setting, development, ownership distribution, quality, and priority control
  • Proactive use of AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve HR analytics, structure data, and prepare higher-quality management decisions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a product IT company or a fast-scaling organization
  • Experience building an employer brand
  • Experience participating in company-level strategic planning
  • Experience building leadership development/management development programs
  • Experience implementing HRM systems, automating HR processes, or HR analytics
  • Experience working with compensation review, grading, job architecture, or salary bands
  • Experience working with culture transformation, values, or engagement programs
What we offer:
  • Mental and Physical Health: health care is a must, so at JATAPP we will cover health insurance for you
  • Benefits Cafeteria: choose what you like most — sports, food delivery, home office supplies — and we will cover your expenses under available budget
  • Knowledge sharing: such events are our way to grow together. We gather to discuss new trends, share our own insights, and elevate one another
  • Remote-First Culture: it’s up to you whether to work remotely or at our coworking space
  • Personal Equipment Policy: no tech troubles — you’ll get a MacBook and everything you need for comfortable and efficient work
  • Learning and Development Opportunities: it's a real pleasure for us to watch you learn, so we're happy to cover your learning and development costs, as well as English courses
  • Community of like-minded people: at JATAPP you will work in a team of like-minded people who are ready to launch a product, run a marathon, or climb Hoverla together
  • Creative freedom: we encourage initiative and creative thinking, so with us, you can be yourself and have the freedom of professional expression
  • Legal & Finance Support: we cooperate with the best financiers and lawyers who will be ready to help solve any of your questions upon request
  • Time-off Policy: 20 vacation days per year, 5 days for sick leave without medical confirmation, unlimited sick leaves with a doctor's note, 3 personal days, and 2 days off for special events or occasions
