We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Sr. HRBP to join our one-of-a-kind HR team.
Job Responsibility:
Support managers at all levels, ensure high-quality management at all managerial levels across their respective organization
Utilize global tools, resources, and frameworks to develop local and regional solutions to talent, business, and operational challenges
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement
Maintain expertise in Israel's employment law and ensure local and global compliance across supported locations
Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with regional compliance leaders to address sensitive and confidential issues and drive compliance efforts
Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, offering insights and thought leadership to guide decision-making
Drive change management processes and effective communication, ensuring people are clear on the company direction and have a clear line of sight between their daily activities and company strategy
Coach managers and leaders on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities
Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment
Hands-on ownership and execution of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes
Lead talent management and development initiatives to support people’s high engagement and lifetime retention
Partner with HR’s main functional areas (Hiring, Employee Experience, Learning & Talent Development and Compensation)
Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams
Led and executed various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication, and performance
Proactively identify business needs and design and execute HR solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience experience as an HRBP
5+ years of experience in at least one HR domain (Recruitment, HR generalist, etc.)
Experience working with multiple HR functions preferred (including employee relations, training and development, performance management, benefits, compensation, compliance, and recruiting)
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field
Experience in fast-paced environments with a collaborative and commercial approach
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
