Job Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support accordingly
  • Investigate HR-related issues concerning labor law and propose appropriate HR solutions in compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding
  • Maintain, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with global and local requirements
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the external payroll provider and ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage performance evaluation cycles and drive training, talent development and succession planning
  • Propose and implement HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Prepare HR reports for relevant organizations, such as government authorities and headquarters
  • Manage global HR project with HR global team
  • Oversee occupational health and safety matters and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
