Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support accordingly
Investigate HR-related issues concerning labor law and propose appropriate HR solutions in compliance with legal requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding
Maintain, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with global and local requirements
Coordinate payroll processing with the external payroll provider and ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness
Manage performance evaluation cycles and drive training, talent development and succession planning
Propose and implement HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
Prepare HR reports for relevant organizations, such as government authorities and headquarters
Manage global HR project with HR global team
Oversee occupational health and safety matters and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
Requirements:
IT knowledge incl. MS Office and SAP
English: Business fluency
