We are seeking a strategic, "boots on the ground" HR professional to support a premier leader in the industrial and professional services sector. In this role, you will act as a pivotal consultant, bridging the gap between executive leadership and front-line operations to drive organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary HR consultant for various business units, guiding leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
Manage complex investigations and grievances while coaching management on performance mastery and conflict resolution
Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees for critical leadership paths
Lead disability case management, including return-to-work plans, and managing compensation cycles for strategic hires
Utilize ERP systems to maintain data integrity and produce actionable HR analytics for site leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within industrial, construction, or engineering environments
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Completion of or active pursuit of a CHRL designation is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong emotional intelligence, a 'Safety Always' mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, project-driven timelines.
