Job Description:

As a People Business Partner you will be responsible to transmit the business needs to implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the assigned geographies, creating a trusted relationship with colleagues and stakeholders across his/her area of responsibility. Work in partnership with Directors, Managers and Staff on the HR related decision making, by providing professional counselling, coaching and tailoring solutions that meet business needs, improve work relationships, increase productivity, people development and retention, supporting and adding value to the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruitment and development of our retail staff.
  • Support to stores: sizing, definition of store structure and salaries, recruitment of staff (managers and sales assistants), welcome of new employees, follow-up training.
  • Identify training needs and areas of development within the teams and build action plans and trainings according to them.
  • Team development and labor environment (team empowerment, coaching, support in conflicts...).
  • Employee relations, compensation and benefits, health and safety.
  • Implementation and monitoring of human resources policies in the market (internal policies such as schedules, internal promotions, appraisals,…)
  • Management of schedules and ratios (budget hours according to billing, productivity, control of absenteeism, etc.).
  • Staff costs: control of monthly staff costs and hourly budgets for each shop-
  • Support for shops on labour law aspects (payroll, general aspects, contracts, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with specialisation in Law, Psychology, BA or similar
  • Knowledge in talent management and labour law
  • 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in fashion / retail is a MUST
  • Fluent in English & Spanish are mandatory.
  • Skills: teamwork, strategic vision, flexibility, problem solving, result orientation, organization & planning, decision making, communication
