Job Responsibility
Act as a strategic partner to the Latin America leadership team
Drive and implement the regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities
Influence decisions on organization design, talent and culture
Represent HR in key business discussions and planning cycles
Shape organizational structures to enable business growth
Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development
Strengthen capabilities across the region, including commercial and functional skills
Support employer branding and talent attraction efforts
Foster a high-performance, inclusive and growth-oriented culture
Drive employee engagement and support leaders in building strong teams
Champion initiatives focused on well-being, inclusion and collaboration
Support business transformation and change initiatives across LATAM
Enable teams to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Improve ways of working, governance and decision-making
Lead and develop a diverse HR team across the region
Work closely with the broader HR ecosystem (HRBPs, Talent, Expertise teams)
Ensure delivery of an integrated end-to-end people agenda
Requirements
Strong experience in HR, including Business Partnering roles
Proven background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management and change management
Experience supporting business transformation in dynamic environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
