Job Description:

The HR and WPS Admin provides essential administrative support to both HR and Workplace Service functions. The role ensures smooth execution of training programs, employee engagement activities, and workplace operations, contributing to an efficient and positive employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor engagement
  • Management procurement for HR activities (PO/PR) related to training and employee engagement
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and communications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports to support HR operations
  • Provide administrative support to the WPS lead and ensure efficient and facility management
  • Coordinate with vendors to restock office supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency and availability
  • Manage PR/PO processes and ensure timely utility payments to prevent service disruptions
  • Issue/revoke access cards and maintain the face-scan database for office security
  • Coordinate with HR team to update employee data and benefits to system and provide document support to Company shop team
  • Manage company asset register/move/dispose for WPS and HR
  • Collaborate with HR on workplace engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned to support business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration
  • Experience in HR support or workplace administration
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
  • Fluent in Thai and English
