Provide strategic recommendations to support workforce planning and resource allocation. Monitor hiring activity, resource placement, and staffing demand while identifying opportunities for improvement. Perform regular audits of demand data to ensure accurate role assignments and workforce planning. Help improve staffing processes, reporting, and workforce planning tools to increase operational efficiency.
