The Opportunity: This unique opportunity is designed to set you up for success as a core member of the delivery team. You will begin with a structured 2-week initial training period as an Offsider to master the multi-drop process, delivery routes, and customer-facing standards. Upon successful completion of this induction, you will transition immediately into the HR Truck Driver role. The Role: Based in Stapylton, you will be responsible for the multi-drop delivery of alcohol products (including cartons and kegs) to various outlets across the local region. This role involves: Operating an HR license truck for local distribution routes. Performing multi-drop deliveries and providing excellent customer service at each stop. Significant manual handling, including the physical unloading of cartons and kegs, so physical fitness is essential. Demonstrating a high level of concentration and road safety awareness. Navigating delivery points that can sometimes be tricky and using initiative to assess safe spots for unloading. Key Details: Location: Stapylton, QLD. Shift Times: Typical shifts involve early morning starts (e.g., around 5:30 AM). Pay Rate: Starts at $37.75/hour as an Offsider, increasing to $41.21/hour upon transition to HR Driver. Work Type: Consistent and ongoing casual work with potential for long-term engagement.
