Job Responsibility:

  • Operating specialist equipment: Expertly manage Hooklift, Front Lift, or Rear Lift waste trucks for essential commercial collections
  • Mastering your route: Follow scheduled routes efficiently to ensure timely and safe collections across the region
  • Championing safety: Maintain the highest safety standards, including correct PPE usage and proactive hazard reporting
  • Team collaboration: Serve as a key communicator, effectively liaising with the depot and operations teams

Requirements:

  • A valid HR Truck Licence is essential
  • 6–12 months of proven HR driving experience
  • Reliable personal transport to and from the Bathurst depot
  • Physical fitness and the ability to safely complete manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg
  • A strong, proactive commitment to safety and a positive team-first attitude
  • Successful completion of a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check
  • A current RMS driving history report
