Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR technology and transformation leader to drive the enterprise-wide HR Roadmap, oversee multiple Agile Release Trains, and steward the product lifecycle for SAP SuccessFactors and integrated HR platforms. The individual will provide strategic direction, programme governance, delivery leadership, and continuous evolution of HR technology capabilities within a captive, product-based environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of the HR technology product portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems
  • Define, maintain, and evolve a multi-year HR Roadmap balancing transformation, regulatory requirements, operations, and innovation
  • Lead complex, multi-year transformation programmes across several Agile Release Trains and enterprise release cycles
  • Govern programme delivery from strategy and roadmap shaping to design, execution, release, stabilisation, and value realisation
  • Ensure architectural integrity, design consistency, and stable platform performance across all HR technology workstreams
  • Oversee Agile/SAFe delivery structures, PI planning, dependency management, and release alignment
  • Establish governance frameworks, prioritisation mechanisms, sequencing models, and performance metrics for roadmap execution
  • Lead senior-level forums and SteerCo discussions, managing RAID logs and supporting enterprise decision-making
  • Act as a strategic partner to Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Security teams
  • Develop internal programme and delivery capability, strengthening Product Owners, Program Managers, and IT Delivery Managers
  • Oversee programme financials, forecasting, value tracking, and vendor governance
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit requirements, and regulatory standards across regions

  • An experienced HR technology and transformation professional with 15–20 years of relevant expertise
  • Skilled in managing enterprise-scale HR platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and integrated ecosystems
  • Strong in Agile at Scale, SAFe delivery, and multi-ART governance
  • Adept at leading complex, multi-year transformations in a captive/product-focused environment
