Job Responsibility

  • Support for HR digitalization projects: assistance in implementing projects aimed at digitalizing HR processes, with particular attention to Training & Development topics
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of training courses (classrooms, materials, equipment)
  • Manage registrations and communications with participants
  • Provide support to trainers in preparing materials and managing sessions
  • Conduct training sessions in English and Italian, using various methodologies (classroom, online, blended)
  • Adapt content and methodologies to the different needs of the audience
  • Monitor the progress of training courses and collect feedback
  • Administer the company's e-learning platform, creating content and monitoring user activity
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation related to training courses (materials, records, evaluations)
  • Support in the input, update, and maintenance of data on HRMS platforms and company management systems
  • Collaboration in the management of organizational development projects
  • Develop, implement, and update HR procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge (C1) of the English language (written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in training activities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proactivity (or Proactive attitude)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Public Speaking skills
